When one of our favourite clients Pilbara Toyota Newman reaches out with plumbing issues and a BIG water bill, we did some further investigating and testing of the cold water service line. 

We end up finding multiple unidentified leaks and come up with the most economical and efficient long-term solution. In this case, where the common trench has multiple services, which includes NBN, LV power and water, they need protection from being damaged when digging up, which can work out to be very expensive and disruptive. We use a non-destructive method to locate, excavate and pot hole the hidden services using Hydro-Vac, to enable the 55 metre trenching and mechanical digging. 

The new cold water service line is installed to the Australian Standard using the correct bedding and backfill material and a happy client.

Here is an install that we did out at the mains for the Centre to purify the drinking water. We went with a system designed to remove monochloramine from the town water and the maximum removal of chemicals, tastes, odors, and heavy metals.
